SiS SiS M760GX

SiS SiS M760GX is a motherboard chipset designed and manufactured by Silicon Integrated Systems (SiS) for use with AMD processors. The chipset was released in 2005 and was aimed at budget-conscious PC builders and buyers.

SiS SiS M760GX is built on a 90nm process and features an integrated graphics processor (IGP), the SiS Mirage 2 Graphics. The IGP supports DirectX 9.0c, Shader Model 2.0, and has a clock speed of 250MHz. It also supports up to 4GB of DDR memory and has a memory bandwidth of up to 5.3GB/s.

The chipset has an integrated HyperTransport controller that supports one link at speeds of up to 800MHz, two SATA ports with RAID support, up to four USB 2.0 ports, and AC'97 audio. It also features SiS MuTIOL Technology that provides a high-speed bus between the Northbridge and Southbridge chips.
